Hatchmates is published by 2738780 Alberta Ltd. (HyprCompany), 2012-3500 Varsity Dr. NW, Calgary, AB T2L 1Y3, Canada ("we"). By using Hatchmates you agree to these terms. If you get the app from the App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies.

Your account

You're responsible for your account and for what you send to your partner. Keep your password safe. You must be at least 13, or the age of digital consent where you live.

Be kind

Don't use Hatchmates to harass anyone, send illegal content, or try to break or abuse the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

Purchases

Any paid features or items are sold through the App Store and are subject to Apple's terms. Virtual items have no cash value.

The service

We work hard to keep Hatchmates running, but it's provided "as is" and may change or have downtime. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses arising from using it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
